Overview
Products sold through Custom Shower Glass Doors are custom manufactured to customer specifications. Because of the personalized nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to this policy.
Custom Orders Are Generally Non-Returnable
All custom orders are considered final sale unless the product arrives damaged, contains a verified manufacturing defect, or the incorrect item was shipped.
Customer Responsibility for Measurements
Customers are solely responsible for verifying measurements, dimensions, layouts, and product selections prior to placing an order. Orders produced according to customer-submitted measurements are not eligible for return due to sizing or fitment issues.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before production begins, subject to administrative, processing, and restocking fees. Once production has started, orders may no longer be canceled and deposits may become non-refundable.
Freight Damage & Shipping Claims
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photographs and packaging documentation.
Manufacturing Defects
Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photographs and supporting information. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims based on inspection results.
Glass Characteristics & Variations
Customers acknowledge that glass products may naturally contain minor color variations, tempering distortions, surface imperfections within industry tolerance, and hardware finish variations.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may exclude shipping charges, processing fees, rush fees, and restocking charges. Refund timing depends on payment processors and banking institutions.
Non-Refundable Charges
Custom fabrication charges, freight charges, rush fees, design fees, field measurement fees, installation services, special-order materials, and certain processing fees are generally non-refundable.
Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of correctly manufactured products may remain responsible for the original order amount, freight charges, return shipping, storage fees, and collection costs.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to first contact us for good-faith resolution before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in collection efforts or legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonoran Glass Systems, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to products, shipping, installation, or project delays.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
